I know there is a lot of blogs out there for food recipes. I thought I would create my own and post the recipes that I make over and over again and some that have been past down through friends and family members.
I will also be including some weight watcher friendly ones when I can.--They might be added infrequently but they will be worth the wait!!!--

eggs Filling 1 lb ground beef onions seasonings you prefer ½ cup mashed potatoes 1 egg
dough first. Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in ½ cup of warm water. Add to
scalded milk and add 1 tsp. sugar. Add this liquid to eggs and of mashed
potatoes. Makes soft dough let rise 1
filling ground beef add 1 egg and ½ cup mashed potatoes, onions and seasoning.
1 tbsp. of dough flatten then add meat mixture (1 tsp.) seal and shape. Let rise ½ hour
375 to 400 until browned
cool, then freeze for individual use
for on the go lunches, microwavable. Serve with Ketchup.
Place cubed pork in a medium bowl, and season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix in the egg white. Cover, and place in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Heat 1 quart oil ( i put 2 inches) to 365 degrees F (185 degrees C) in a large, heavy saucepan
Coat the pork with 1/2 cup cornstarch, and fry in the heated oil about 10 minutes, until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir in the celery, green bell pepper, and onion, two cloves garlic and cook until tender. Season with salt and sugar. Remove from heat, and set aside.
In a large saucepan, mix 1 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup sugar (I found this too much sweet add a little at a time till right taste), apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce. Bring to a boil, and stir in the cooked pork, celery mixture. Return to boil, and mix in 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup water to thicken. Cook until well blended .
