MRS. FIELDS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (best ever cookies!!)

MRS. FIELDS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Preheat oven to 300˚

2 ½ cups flour                                   
2 eggs                                   
½ tsp. baking soda                         
2 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt                                       
2 cups chocolate chips                               
1 cup packed brown sugar                    
½ cup white sugar
1 cup butter/margarine (not melted)         

Mix flour, baking soda and salt together with wire whisk.  In another bowl cream sugars, and butter.  Then mix in eggs and vanilla. Then add dry to wet mix well then add chocolate chips.

Use an ungreased silver cookie sheet.
Tip: - silver will stop cookies from cooking hard and black

Drop batter with ice cream scoop about an inch apart
Cookies bake for 20-22 min. (depending on altitude watch cookies the first time you bake them for your proper time)

Tip: - placing a slice of bread in with the cookie container will keep cookies soft.

Parmesan Baked Potato Halves

Parmesan Baked Potato Halves




















Ingredients
6 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
1/4 cup butter
grated parmesan cheese
garlic powder
other seasonings (to personal preference)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 inch pan and spread evenly across the bottom. Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese and lightly sprinkle other seasonings all over the butter. Place potato halves face down on the butter and seasonings. Place in preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for at least a FULL 5 minutes before removing from the pan, otherwise the parmesan crust won't stick to the potato. Serve on a plate with a side of sour cream for dipping.
