Blackened Fish

(any fish will work I used trout)
(need 2 fillets serves two)

4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

combine all ingredients in a small dish and dip fish in coat to cover.

Heat up Butter in Frying pan and cook fish turning once about 4 min per side or until very dark brown.
